Position Details:

Commission-Based Pay: Earn approximately $31 per hour in commissions, with the potential to reach up to $1,000 per week.
Job Type: Full-time positions only.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm—enjoy your weekends and evenings off.
Independent Work Environment: Solo cleaning—work independently, and team up only for large cleaning jobs.
No Mileage Reimbursement: You’ll drive directly to cleaning sites and then back home—no need to go to an office.

What You’ll Do:

Keep homes looking fabulous with dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
Impress our clients with top-notch customer service and a friendly smile.
Master floor care techniques to make every surface shine.
Work closely with your team to get the job done efficiently and with flair.

What We’re Looking For:

Availability Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
You must have your own vehicle with valid insurance. Reliable transportation is essential for traveling to client homes.
Willingness to undergo a criminal background check. This is a required step in our hiring process to ensure the safety and trust of our clients.
Willingness to provide work references. We will require references from past employers to verify your work history and reliability.
A cell phone and proficiency in English are required.
Preferred: At least 2 years of cleaning experience. If you have a positive attitude and are eager to learn, we’d love to train you!

Work Schedule & Location:

Flexible hours: work 15 to 40 hours per week, whatever suits your schedule.

Day shifts only: enjoy your nights and weekends.
Work across beautiful Honolulu and the surrounding areas.
